Our automated glass processing lines are designed to significantly reduce labor costs and enhance production efficiency. With ERP systems, the industrial cameras set on the machines can read the information in the code on the glass. Each piece of glass can be matched with the required processing. The machine can run in two or three shifts without interruption, expanding production and sales without any worries. Servo motors and inverters are equipped, when no glass feeding, frequency will be lowered automatically to reduce power.

This production line is designed to process max. 5000*3000mm glass. The glass ranges are laminated glass, facades, table tops, rail glass, baconly glass, shower enclosures…After the double edging, there is scanner to read the codes to decide if the glass goes to waterjet or washer. Glass will go back to washer after the waterjet. An unloader placed after to washer to unload the glass for other processing. Most glass will be sent to the tempering machine. A positioning table worked in front of the oven to position the large glass, the small glass will be placed manually. After tempering, there are six-station unloaders. Glass will be unloader as per the customer info to different racks.
This production is a 3-in-1 production line. It has two cutting lines. One line feeds glass to a double edging line, the other cutting line feeds glass to two seaming lines. The double edging line is to process jumbo size and thick glass sheets, the seaming lines are to process thinner glass. Seaming and double edging lines don’t work at the seam time. Conveyors used to combine the three lines before the tempering machine. The lines are mainly for decorative glass for houses.
