Following its acquisition of Astiglass, the Group operates advanced glass-processing facilities equipped with sophisticated CNC processing technology.

Large-format architectural glass requires a washing system capable of handling both the size and weight of jumbo glass while maintaining stable transportation, cleaning and drying performance.
The washing equipment also needed to integrate smoothly with sophisticated CNC processing systems without creating an additional manual handling stage.
Techwin’s vertical washing machine is designed specifically for large-format glass processing.
Its vertical configuration provides controlled glass transportation while reducing the floor space required compared with some horizontal solutions.
The machines were configured to connect directly with the customer’s CNC processing equipment.

One important feature of the project is the integration with different CNC systems.
Two Techwin jumbo vertical washing machines are connected with Lisec CNC processing equipment at Tvitec facilities.
Following the integration of Astiglass into Tvitec Group, another Techwin jumbo vertical washing machine operates together with an Intermac CNC system.
This demonstrates Techwin’s ability to integrate its washing technology into different advanced glass-processing environments.
The Tvitec Group project demonstrates Techwin’s ability to provide jumbo-size washing technology for high-end architectural glass production and integrate it with different CNC platforms.
From Lisec to Intermac, Techwin washing machines have been integrated into demanding production environments for glass up to 6 × 3.3 meters.
