Project Overview

Anhui Dahe Mirror is a glass and mirror manufacturer based in Wuhu, Anhui. Public industry and trade records identify the company as a manufacturer and exporter of mirror and glass products.

The customer was previously using a pencil edging machine from another supplier, but the equipment did not meet their production expectations.

To improve processing performance, Dahe Mirror decided to replace one existing machine with a Techwin high-speed pencil edger.

Techwin supplied a complete automated line combining glass loading, automatic positioning, double edging and washing.

Techwin supplied a pencil edger equipped with four spindles on each side, allowing efficient processing of both sides of the glass.

The machine is designed for mirror production with:

Up to 2000 mm glass width

and processing speeds of:

Up to 15 m/min
