Imperial Glass is a new glass-processing factory established to serve the rapidly growing Central Asian architectural glass market.
The factory produces glass for a wide range of applications, including commercial buildings, windows, doors, railings, balconies and tempered glass products, as well as laminated and Low-E glass.
As a new processor entering a growing market, the customer needed a reliable production line while keeping the initial investment under control.
Techwin designed a practical and cost-effective glass processing line to match the customer’s production requirements and budget.

The Challengne
As a new glass processor, Imperial Glass needed to balance:
The customer did not require every high-end automation feature at the beginning. Instead, they needed a solid production line that could deliver the required processing capability without unnecessary investment.
The line includes:
4225 auto loading and unloading machine
4225 Measuring Table
→ 4200 mm Double Edger
→ L-Shaped Turning Table
→ 2500 mm Double Edger
→ 2500 mm High-Speed Glass Washing Machine
The line can process glass from 3–25 mm and is designed for a broad range of architectural glass applications.
