Huaxiang Glass is an experienced glass processor with a wide range of production capabilities.
The company processes glass from 3 to 19 mm in different sizes, shapes and applications, with processes including cutting, waterjet cutting, edging, drilling, engraving, screen printing, digital printing, painting, coating and tempering.
Its capabilities also extend to sandblasting, frosting, bending, hot bending, lamination, insulating glass and mirror coating, allowing the company to serve customers with highly diverse glass-processing requirements.
With extensive experience in glass processing, Huaxiang understands the importance of edge quality, processing stability and equipment reliability.

When Huangxiang first considered Techwin, the company took a cautious and practical approach.
Rather than investing in a complete production line immediately, Huaxiang purchased:
One Measuring Table + One 2500 mm Double Edger
The purpose was simple:
Test the processing quality first.
For an experienced glass processor, choosing new equipment is not only about specifications. Real production performance matters.
The customer wanted to evaluate Techwin’s edging quality, machine stability and overall performance before considering further investment.
The double edger is designed for glass up to 2500 mm and is equipped with servo-controlled grinding spindles.
The servo system provides precise control of the grinding process and allows automatic compensation as the grinding wheels wear.
Combined with the measuring table, the system provides a practical solution for testing and integrating Techwin equipment into the customer’s existing production environment.
There is another important part of this project.
When Huaxiang purchased the machine, Techwin was still at an early stage of developing and manufacturing double edgers.
Huaxiang was already an experienced glass-processing company and understood the technical requirements of the industry.
Despite Techwin being a relatively new name in double edging at the time, the customer chose to give us an opportunity.
They started with one machine, tested our performance in real production, and put their confidence in Techwin from the perspective of an experienced glass processor.
That trust became an important milestone in Techwin’s development of double edging technology.
