From glass loading and double edging to washing, tempering and unloading, TECHWIN designs and integrates automated glass production lines around your glass types, production capacity and factory layout.

A modern glass factory is more than a collection of machines. The real challenge is making each process work together efficiently.
TECHWIN designs and integrates automated glass processing systems that connect machines, conveyors, transfer systems, sensors and control software into one coordinated production flow.
Whether you are building a new production line or upgrading an existing factory, we can develop an automation solution around your actual production requirements.
We offer below solutions:
Glass Storage → Automatic Loading →Cutting →Edging / Seaming →Drilling / Waterjet cutout →Washing
Tempering →Automatic Unloading
01 — Automatic Glass Loading
Automatically load glass from racks or storage areas and transfer it into the production line by loaders or robots.
02— Glass Identification
Identify each glass sheet using barcode, QR code or industrial vision systems and assign the correct production route.
03 — Glass Transfer & Conveying
Connect different glass machines with synchronized conveyors, transfer tables and turning tables.
04 — Machine-to-Machine Communication
TECHWIN integrates upstream and downstream machines so that production information and glass movement can be coordinated automatically. By PLC communication and sensors, Machines start/stop signals and production synchronization can be realized.
05 — Automatic Process Routing
Different glass orders can follow different processing routes according to their production data.

Reduce Manual Handling
Less manual transfer means fewer handling operations and lower risk of handling-related damage.
Reduce Labor Requirements
Automate repetitive loading, transfer, positioning and unloading operations.
Improve Production Flow
Keep machines working continuously and reduce waiting time between processes.
Improve Process Consistency
Automatic control reduces errors caused by manual operation.
Increase Production Capacity
A coordinated production flow allows more efficient use of your machines and production space.
Improve Traceability
Identify individual glass sheets and connect them with their production information.
Prepare for Future Growth
Automation can be introduced step by step and expanded as production requirements increase.
From Factory Layout to Your First Production Run
01 — Understand: We study your glass products, processing requirements and production targets.
02 — Plan: We analyze the factory layout and design the material flow.
03 — Engineer: We select machines, conveyors, transfer systems and automation architecture.
04 — Build:Machines and automation systems are manufactured and assembled according to the approved design.
05 — Test: The complete system is tested and coordinated before shipment.
06 — Install: Our engineers support installation, commissioning and line integration.
07 — Train: Operators and maintenance personnel receive training before production handover.
08 — Support: Technical support, spare parts and remote assistance remain available after commissioning.

Multi-Machine Glass Processing Integration
Line 1: One Cutting line → Two 2500mm seaming machines → Two 2500mm washing machines → Conveyors combined to one tempering machine
Line 1: One Cutting line → 6000*3000mm double edging line →3000mm washing machine → Conveyors to tempering machine
Key Challenge
One tempering for three lines. Seaming machine processing thinner glass like windows, thicker glass processed by jumbo size double edger and all send to one tempering machine.
TECHWIN Solution
Two seaming lines process the same thickness of glass for one shift. Double edger process thick glass at another shift. All three lines share one tempering machine.
Automated Architectural Glass Line
Glass Size: Up to 5000 × 3000 mm
Process
Cutting → Double Edging → Scanning→Waterjet or washing → Unloading or Tempering → Unloading
Automation Focus
Some glass will need to cutouts and some will need to go to washing machine directly.
Key Challenge
Different glass orders required different processing routes.
TECHWIN Solution
Integrated conveyors, scanning and machine communication to create a coordinated production flow.
Depending on the project, TECHWIN can integrate cutting, conveying, edging, seaming, drilling, washing, tempering and unloading.
