High-Speed Jumbo Edging

The line uses an L-shaped layout to accommodate the production process within the customer’s factory.
Automatic Glass Scanning
Large-format production often includes many different glass dimensions.
An automatic scanning system can identify the actual glass size and provide the information required for machine positioning.
This reduces repeated manual measurement and setup.
Servo Grinding System
Servo-controlled grinding systems can provide precise spindle movement and automatic compensation.

Jumbo Glass Washing
After edging, the glass can be transferred directly to a large-format washing machine.
