This customer is one of the world’s leading glass manufacturers, with production bases across China and international facilities in markets including Malaysia and Indonesia. Its products cover a wide range of applications, including automotive glass, architectural glass and solar glass.
For more than 10 years, Techwin has worked with the customer to provide glass washing solutions for its different production bases.
To date, Techwin has supplied more than 100 glass washing machines across the Group’s production network.
The customer diverse production requirements mean that its washing machines operate in different environments and applications.
Techwin has supplied a significant number of washing machines for the customer solar-glass production, supporting the high-volume and continuous processing requirements of PV glass manufacturing.
Techwin supplies washing machines for architectural glass production, including machines with washing widths up to 3000 mm.
Washing machines are also used in the customer automotive-glass production, where consistent cleaning and drying are critical to downstream processing.
