Project Overview

Steko LLC is an Armenian glass processor specializing in architectural and large-format glass.

The company selected Techwin for two washing machines to support its jumbo-glass production:

• High-Speed Horizontal Glass Washing Machine — up to 3000 mm wide
• 3000 mm Vertical Glass Washing Machine

The horizontal washing machine is integrated into a double edging line, while the vertical washer is used for other jumbo architectural glass processing requirements.

Two Solutions for Different Production Needs

High-Speed Horizontal Washing

The horizontal washing machine is designed for glass up to 3000 mm wide and is used directly after double edging.

It provides efficient cleaning and drying within the continuous edging process.

Vertical Jumbo Washing

The second machine is a 3000 mm vertical glass washing machine, designed for large-format architectural glass.

The two machines allow Steko to select the appropriate washing method according to the production process and glass format.

From Glass Fair to Deal

The cooperation began at a glass industry exhibition, where Steko’s owner, Mr. Armen, visited Techwin’s booth and compared different equipment suppliers.

After evaluating the available options at the exhibition, Steko chose Techwin for its washing requirements.

The project resulted in the purchase of two different washing solutions, demonstrating the customer’s confidence in Techwin’s ability to handle large-format architectural glass.
