Foshan Yixin Glass Technology operates a highly automated glass-processing factory, with its production processes managed through an integrated MES system.
Techwin supplied two glass washing machines for two separate production lines:
Both machines operate as part of fully automated production lines, where stable washing performance is essential to maintaining the efficiency of the entire process.

When multiple processes are connected online, a problem at one stage can affect the entire production flow.
The customer therefore required washing machines that could provide:

Techwin supplied different washing capacities according to the requirements of each line:
For one automated glass-processing line.
For a second line handling larger-format glass.
Both machines use a high-performance washing configuration designed for demanding continuous production.
Each washing machine is equipped with:
2 Pre-Washing Sections
→ 4 Pairs of Washing Brushes
→ 4 Pairs of Air Knives
The multi-stage configuration provides intensive cleaning and drying, helping maintain stable surface quality even at high production speeds.

Both washing machines can process modern double Low-E and triple Low-E glass, giving the production lines the flexibility to handle a wide range of energy-efficient architectural glass.
The two washing machines operate within the customer’s MES-controlled production environment.
Rather than functioning as standalone equipment, they become part of a connected production workflow:
Glass Processing → Washing → Downstream Processing → Finished Glass
This high level of automation reduces manual intervention and helps maintain a continuous production flow.
For a fully automated glass factory, washing quality is critical.
A washer is not simply responsible for cleaning the glass—it must perform consistently and reliably without becoming a bottleneck for the entire production line.
The Yixin project demonstrates Techwin’s ability to provide washing solutions that fit into high-speed, highly automated glass-processing environments.
When the factory is automated, the washing process must be automated in performance, too.
