  • Up to 20 m/min – Adjustable working speed allows the washer to match different solar glass production requirements. The one used after tempering can reach 30m/min.
  • 304 Stainless Steel Water-Contact Parts – Tanks, covers, filters, spray pipes, shafts and other water-contact components are made of corrosion-resistant SUS304 stainless steel.
  • Reliable Glass Transport – NBR vulcanized rubber rollers and bevel-gear transmission provide stable and synchronized glass conveying.
  • Energy-Saving Operation - Inverter-controlled transmission helps optimize machine operation. A blower inverter is also available as an option.
  • Efficient Water Management – Optimized spray nozzles and recirculation systems reduce water consumption while maintaining effective cleaning.

Solar glass washing machines

The TECHWIN Solar Glass Washing Machine is specially designed for cleaning solar glass after edging, laser drilling, before printing or after tempering. It combines multi-stage washing, independent water circulation, high-efficiency drying, and clean-water management to remove glass powder, particles, and processing residues while maintaining a high level of surface cleanliness.
