Automated Glass Processing Lines Built Around Your Factory

A modern glass factory is not simply a collection of machines.

The real challenge is making cutting, conveying, edging, drilling, washing, tempering and unloading work together as one coordinated production process.

TECHWIN designs and integrates automated glass processing lines around your:

Glass Type → Glass Size → Production Capacity → Factory Layout → Existing Equipment → Automation Requirements

From Individual Machines to Complete Production Lines

TECHWIN can integrate:

Glass Storage

Automatic Unloading

The actual process is customized according to your products and production requirements.

What Can TECHWIN Automate?

Automatic Glass Loading

Automatic loading systems can transfer glass from storage or upstream equipment into the processing line.

Glass Scanning and Recognition

Industrial cameras or scanning systems can identify glass dimensions and support automatic machine adjustment.

Automatic Conveying

Conveyors and transfer tables connect different processing machines and reduce manual handling.

Double Edging Integration

Double edging machines can be connected directly to cutting, scanning, washing and unloading systems.

Automatic Washing

Glass washing machines can operate as part of a continuous automated production line.

Automatic Unloading

Finished glass can be transferred to unloading systems according to glass size and production requirements.

Integration With Existing Equipment

You do not necessarily need to replace your entire factory.

TECHWIN can design automation around existing machinery where technical communication and interface requirements can be established.

Third-party equipment can be integrated through suitable communication protocols and control interfaces.

Factory Layout Planning

Automation starts before the machines are built.

TECHWIN can assist with:

  • Factory layout planning
  • Machine positioning
  • Conveyor routes
  • Glass-flow planning
  • Equipment interfaces
  • Safety zones
  • Operator access
  • Maintenance space
  • Future expansion

Example: Multiple Lines Sharing One Tempering System

In one production-line project, multiple glass-processing lines were designed to feed a shared tempering system.

The challenge was that different lines processed different glass thicknesses and sizes.

TECHWIN designed the conveyor and communication system so that the different production lines could coordinate their output and share downstream equipment.

Example: Jumbo Architectural Glass

For large-format glass, TECHWIN has developed integrated lines connecting cutting, automatic recognition, double edging, washing and unloading.

One project processes glass up to 6000 × 3000 mm at speeds of up to 20 m/min.

Our Automation Process

01 — Understand

We study your glass products, production capacity and existing equipment.

02 — Plan

We develop the process flow and factory layout.

03 — Engineer

We select machines, conveyors, transfer systems and control architecture.

04 — Build

Equipment is manufactured and assembled according to the approved design.

05 — Test

The equipment and automation are tested before shipment.

06 — Install

Our engineers support installation and commissioning.

07 — Train

Operators and maintenance personnel receive training.

08 — Support

Technical support, spare parts and remote assistance remain available after commissioning.

One Partner From Machine to Production

TECHWIN provides more than individual machines.

We help glass processors develop a complete production system—from factory layout and equipment selection to manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
