TECHWIN has finished some glass production line projects recently, we are aiming to provide automatic glass processing factory solutions to glass fabricators.
This is a project for automotive glass. The conveyors are connected the furnace, printing, washing and other machines in the production line.
Below one is for architectural glass. Feeding by one cutting line, following by one double edging line and one seaming line, finally combined the glass into the same furnace.
Below is a processing line for shower glass, auto loading glass from the rack to the double edger, online drilling machine and finally the washer. This is a typical automatic line for edging and drilling process.
