Unlike normal horizontal glass washing machine, solar panel processing lines requires high speed and excellent washing. The washing machine used after glass tempering furnace may run 20m/min, the ones for double edging line may run for 30-40m/min.
The configurations of these washing machines are quite different from the standard ones. Some are with 3 pairs of brushes, some may be with 6 or 8 pairs of brushes. For drying, at least 6 pairs of air knives should be used.
